Abstract
|
|
|
The Pharmaco-Constituents of the Pulsatilla Koreana Roots, of which roots and rhizomes have been used for the treatment of evil heat, malaria, chill, fever, epistaxis and internal hemorrhoids etc. in Korean folk remedies.
From the Ether extract of Roots, two triterpenoidal sapogenins were isolated and elucidated as ursolic acid and oleanolic acid based on their physico-chemical data and IR, EI-MS, ^13C-NMR, and ^1H-NMR analysis with authentics, respectively.
